Regina Spektor

I’m loving Regina Spektor. She’s an amazing singer. I haven’t heard all of her albums as of yet, but I definitely look forward to giving them a try. As of right now, I’m currently listening to Begin To Hope. Begin To Hope is Regina’s fifth album (behind 11:11, Songs, Soviet Kitsch and Mary Ann Meets the Gravediggers and Other Short Stories). It’s a really eclectic album. You may have heard her song “Fidelity” on the radio, or seen the video on VH1. They play it A LOT. Check out some more info on Regina.

The BlackBerry 8100c Pearl is not only thinner and lighter, it also sports a memory card slot, a music player, and voice dialing. Other features, such as Bluetooth 2.0, EDGE high-speed data, and the popular SureType keypad make this a complete mobile office solution. And of course, legendary BlackBerry push email is fully supported on the BlackBerry 8100c Pearl.

Strawberry-Banana Fruit Smoothie

Lil Miss Info: I love smoothies. They’re quick and easy to make and they taste great. I’m not a huge fan of bananas, especially mushed up, but here’s a great recipe I came across that you may enjoy. Try it out!

Ingredients:
1 large banana
2 handfuls of ripe strawberries
5 full tablespoons of applesauce
8-10 cubes of ice

Preparation:
Add ice and the applesauce. Crush the ice until substance is smoothie-like. Add the other ingredients. Enjoy

Quick And Easy Pizza Snacks

One of my favorite things to make when I was younger were pizza snacks. They’re really easy and fun to make. This recipe doesn’t include meat, but you can easily add pepperoni to spice things up a little. Check it out.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings

Ingredients:
3 English muffins, split and toasted
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
3/4cup (3 ounces) shredded Italian cheese blend
Bell pepper strips (optional)

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place English muffin halves on ungreased baking sheet. Top each muffin with 1/4 cup tomatoes; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese. Bake about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Garnish with bell pepper strips, if desired.
