Summer Shape Up – Tip 1
Being that I’m someone who never exercises, I realize the irony in my posting tips to shape up. One day I’ll take my own advice. This first tip is to help tone and trim your abs and belly.
You start by getting an exercise ball. You then lie face-up on the exercise ball, making sure your lower back is supported by the ball, and your head and shoulders are off the ball. You then place a thick towel between your inner thighs, and plant your feet firmly on the floor. You begin your exercise by squeezing the towel with your legs, and slowly lifting your head and shoulders forward, remembering to pause at the top and hold the position for 2 seconds before you lower yourself slowly.
