It’s more of a booklet then a book, actually. But this guide to grilling features recipes and tips from the world’s foremost grilling experts. I love pork so I think I’ll get this for myself as well. I think this booklet will help people who want to learn new recipes, but also people who are worried about how to thoroughly cook pork products.
