I’ve been trying to do my part in the “Green” initiative that has been taking place lately and you can also do yours. Many people have always been socially conscious when it comes to the environment, but I for one am just learning the right and wrong things to do. There are some tips that I read online that can help you out if you’re interested in learning how to preserve energy. One tip that I found particularly helpful is to wash full loads of clothes only instead of half loads. I’ve been around many people who will just throw one outfit in the washer and dryer and that’s it. That’s fine in the case of an emergency, but if you can, try to wash full loads of clothes, because you cut down on wasting energy and water. That can save you money as well. More tips next time.

I’ve been really considering getting new carpeting for my bedroom because the carpet that I currently have is horrible. It’s a really gross color and the quality isn’t great at all. To be honest, the only good thing about the carpet is that it’s easy to vacuum. I would like new carpeting that’s a little more stylish and perhaps a nicer color. I’d like to get carpet for my room that’s kind of like the home theater carpet. I like the way it’s made because it’s stain resistant treated. That’s perfect for me because I’m always spilling something.
