The new year is right around the corner and I’ve once again made plans to exercise more and eat healthier. I’ve been saying this for the past five years and I’ve honestly only gained weight. So sad. I think one of the reasons that I don’t exercise is because I don’t have any equipment. I know that sounds like a huge excuse, but it’s true. Without exercise equipment the only way you can really get in shape is by doing activities outside. That’s kind of impossible right now when it’s 20 degrees. I think someone needs to buy me treadmill for Christmas and then I will look forward to working out.
