Lacking Motivation
I think I gained a few pounds recently and I’m really stressed out about it. I’m not the kind of person who watches calories, but I just feel heavier. I think it’s really time for me to start that weight loss program I keep talking about. It seems so much easier than it really is. I envy those people who like to work out for hours at a time and eat nothing but fruits and vegetables. That’s not me. I like to sit on my couch and watch television while eating a steak. LOL. I guess that’s part of the problem. Making investing in some weight loss pills and a treadmill will be a great idea. I just have to get the motivation!!
