Where Do I Start!

I’ve been thinking about shedding a few pounds lately but I don’t know where to start. I tried eating healthier but that didn’t last long. I try to stick with it but I get frustrated when I don’t see results right away. I know that it’s not all about eating right, I also have to exercise, but I just don’t want to. I’ve been reading about diet pills such as Alli to see how they can help me lose weight. I know I haven’t done everything that I can to lose weight, so I’m not going to give up yet. Hopefully I’ll find some success once I figure out where to start!

High Risk Lifestyle

My best friend wants to buy a motorcycle. I think that’s the craziest thing that he can do. He has enough trouble driving on four wheels, I’m not sure why he wants to try driving on two. I really worry about him driving on the streets and highways because so many people drive so recklessly. He thinks I’m just paranoid, but I think I have a point. If he’s going to decide to get a motorcycle I at least hope he purchases some life insurance. The way he drives he needs to be prepared. Sometimes I wonder if he’d qualify for high risk life insurance. He doesn’t have a dangerous job, but he sure participates in a lot of dangerous activities.

Let’s Try Yoga!

My friend is a yoga freak and he told me that I should try yoga along with meditation to try to get myself into a better place emotionally. Lately I’ve been really stressed out and depressed and I don’t know what to do. He said that doing yoga can really relax you and give you a more positive outlook on life. I’ve thought of trying yoga, but I honestly have no idea where to start. It seems easy enough, but I know that people have to learn the proper way to do certain things to prevent injuries and thing of that nature. Maybe I can check out a yoga dvd to see exactly what it is that they do. I’d really love to give it a try.

Strengthen My Legs

I recently suffered a leg injury and I’ve been in a lot of pain. I know they say you’re supposed to exercise the leg so that it can heal better, but that hurts so much. I was thinking about buying some exercise equipment to help get my body back on the right track. Not only will it help to heal my injuries, but it can hopefully get me into better shape. I was looking at some strength equipment online and there’s one machine in particular that I would really love to buy. This machine is pretty cool because it works your upper and lower body. That way I can strengthen my legs and my arms!
