Jogging With Baby

I’ve noticed that lately I’ve really been into fitness. Not necessarily my own because I hate exercising, but I have been trying to find out more about how I can include fitness into my life. The reason I’m so crazy about getting healthier now is because I’m in my twenties and I really want to have children in the next few years. Right now I’m not as healthy as I should be and I don’t want to pass those habits on to my children. I also don’t want to have complications if I’m lucky enough to get pregnant. The good thing about fitness is that it doesn’t just end once you have a baby. Now they have all kinds of products that make it easy for you to stay in shape even with a newborn. That’s why I would have to get one of those Bob strollers if I have a baby. A Bob stroller would make it so easy to take baby along for a jog or walk! That’s so helpful.

In Need Of New Glasses

I’m sitting here bored wondering what I can get into. I was thinking about reading a good book but I just don’t feel like it. I hate that I’ve been having such bad migraines lately. They really keep me from doing all of the things that I want to do. Especially reading. I used to love to read but now I’ve lost interest in it. A few months ago I bought a lot of new books to read but they’re still sitting on my bookcase. I don’t know why I can’t seem to keep focused long enough to read them. The other reason I don’t read as much is because I need new eyeglasses. The last time I got new eyeglasses the eye doctor messed up my prescription so bad and I just became really discouraged with the whole situation. I need to pop a few migraine pills, find some eyeglasses and start putting these books to good use!

Another Day, Another Diet

I’m on a diet again. Before you even think it, this time I’m planning to put my everything into this diet to make it work. I’m hoping that by changing my eating habits and my lifestyle I can become healthier. We’ll see how that goes. I have to tell you though, it’s so hard to resist certain foods. It seems like every time I go on a diet someone wants to cook my favorite dishes. I really could use some kind of help with losing weight. I’m not sure if I want to look into diet pills, supplements or some other kinds of weight loss products but I need to do something to help increase my chances of being successful on this diet this time around.
