Spring Weight
I’m thinking about starting a diet next month. I know I say that every month but I’m really serious this time. I think it will be a little easier to start a diet now since it’s getting warm outside. First of all, who wants to be in a hot house cooking over a hot stove all spring long? Not I. Secondly, who wants to miss out on summer fun because they’re out of shape? Again, not I. I am really out of shape right now and in serious need of shedding a few pounds but I think I can do it. I have to do it. I have a lot of clothes that I’m looking forward to getting into this summer. It would be horrible if I couldn’t fit them.
I’m not sure how I plan to lose weight but I know I’ll definitely be eating healthier. Maybe I’ll also start walking in the morning. I might even consider taking some weight loss pills. I’m not sure about that though. I have to do some research to see which weight loss pills on the market are the best. Wish me luck!
