Lacking Energy
I’m so exhausted. It seems like the more I sleep the more I want to sleep. I think I need an energy boost. Maybe I should probably start taking vitamins and iron pills. I try to get a lot of sleep but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. I think I still feel tired no matter how much sleep I get because I’m not having good sleep. Last night for instance, I woke up around six times. That’s not really normal I don’t think. And every time I wake up it takes a while to doze back off.
I wonder if I have a problem with my Human Growth Hormones. I know most adults have a deficiency and I’m sure I’m one of them. I think I need an HGH supplement, vitamins and iron to boost my energy. Help!!
