Am I Really Hungry?

I’ve been thinking a lot about diet pills lately, but I wonder if they’re really for me. Maybe I don’t need to think about diet pills just yet. I really haven’t done all that I can in the way of exercising and dieting. Maybe I should focus on those two areas a little more before I think about trying diet pills. I’ve never tried them before and I must admit that the thought of taking them does make me a little nervous. I really have to give a lot of thought to that.

My biggest problem right now is that I always feel hungry. I’m not sure if I’m really hungry or if I’m just eating because my mind thinks that I should. Sometimes I don’t feel hungry but as soon as I smell food my stomach starts to growl as if I haven’t eaten in a week. Weird. I wonder if an appetite suppressant can help me with those feelings. I really could use help fighting off the cravings if I plan on losing weight!
