Lil Miss : Recommends

I’m sure you guys remember me talking about starting a diet this month. Well, guess what! I did. And I’m doing really great. It’s so weird because I haven’t been having any temptations for unhealthy foods. I guess I just had to fix in my mind to do it. Now that I have, I’m doing pretty good. That’s probably why I’m up so early. I force myself to get up so that I can eat at about the same time every day. So far it’s been working. I’ve even been exercising a lot. That’s one thing that I never thought I’d be able to do. I really didn’t want to do it. But now I love doing it.

I know once August passes it will be so much easier to exercise. I would probably work out longer but I usually burn out because of the heat. It’s definitely not as hot as it could be for this time of the year though. I’m grateful for that. Now that I’m on this diet I’m interested in reading everything about weight loss. I just finished reading this review of apatrim. The review was pretty funny and sarcastic. Like me!! It doesn’t seem like they’re a fan of that diet pill. LOL

Happy August!!! I’m so happy that August is here. That means that Summer is almost over. I know most of you are probably thinking “booooo”. But I hate the Summer. Maybe it’s because I was born in the coldest month of the year. Either way, I’m glad that these days of high temperatures and humidity are winding down. With the exception of the heat, it’s been a pretty good Summer thus far. I’ve really been enjoying my time alone and with my friends and family. The only disappointing thing is the boredom. These past few month have been very uneventful.

I was hoping to have a vacation this Summer. Or at least go to some amusement parks and museums. Hopefully, I’ll be able to do one of those things before this year is out. I’d really love to take a vacation. I’m not sure to where, but I definitely don’t want to visit any beaches or places with a lot of action. I’m not really into those types of things. To me, Gatlinburg vacations seem a lot more appealing. I like visiting places that offer fun and culture. Oh, and cool weather! That’s a must.
