I’m Resolving…
So, I’ve decided to join the long list of people who decide every January that they’re going to make losing weight their resolution. This will be my first time make a resolution. I really don’t believe in making resolutions. I think you should decide to do something and then do it. Why wait for a certain day, right? I am waiting for January to start my diet though because I have a lot of stuff going on this month and that’s the most convenient time for me. I’m looking forward to getting started though.
I lost a few pounds on my last diet, but I’m sure I’ve probably gained back double what I lost. I’ve made the decision to start eating healthier and working out. I don’t have any fitness equipment yet so my workouts will consist of dancing and aerobics for now. Hopefully that will be enough to help me reach my goal of losing at least 20 pounds. If I can lose more than that I will be ecstatic!! Hopefully everything works out OK this week. I believe I can do this.
