Not My Holiday…
It’s almost that time again. The day many single women hate. Valentine’s Day! Well, at least that’s how they (the media and women in relationships) think we feel. Honestly, I could care less about Valentine’s Day. Even when I was in a relationship it was never special or even memorable. I would say that my most memorable Valentines were in grade school. That’s when I would receive cute cards and stuff. I don’t think guys are that romantic now. Ha ha. But seriously, I’m over it!
Maybe one day when I fall in love I’ll look forward to that day in hopes that it will mean something special, like a marriage proposal. But until some guy is waiting at my door with loose diamonds in his hands, it’s just another day. I must admit, it is a great excuse to fill up on chocolate though! Especially if you are single!
