Diet Planning…
I don’t know why I waited until the first day of spring to start planning a diet program. I should have started doing this months ago. Actually, I did start doing this months ago, but I had a hard time sticking with it because I got lazy. Plus my mom was cooking a lot of really tasty food at that time and I found it hard to not eat it. Talk about having no willpower at all. I really need to work on that! My plan is to start a new diet on Monday. I think that will give me enough time to get mentally prepared. I think I do better when I don’t plan a diet, but if I get focused I should be OK. I’m going to order some vitamins tonight. Hopefully they’ll help a little. I don’t know what kind of weight loss products I should buy though. I don’t think I want diet pills, but some kind of diet supplement would be cool. I need to look around for that tonight as well.
