Dieting Roadblock
I’m so confused when it comes to dieting and exercise. For some reason I just can’t figure out what works for me. When I try really hard to eating healthy foods and exercise five times a week and I only lose one or two pounds (if that) I get discouraged. I feel like what’s the point of working so hard at something and sacrificing so many things if I still don’t see results. Sometimes I think that joining a weight loss program is my only hope of losing a substantial amount of weight. But even that’s confusing because I don’t know which weight loss programs actually work. I read sites that offer nutrisystem reviews and reviews of other diet programs, but there never seems to be an easy answer. I guess sometimes you just have to branch out and see for yourself.
