New Exercise Plan…

I’ve finally decided to give my diet another try. I haven’t had much success with dieting this year, but I’m looking forward to starting again on Sunday or Monday. I wanted to start on the first of the month but that falls on a Saturday and I know I’ll have too much going on to start an exercise regimen. I think Monday will be the perfect time to start. I have some healthy foods that I can eat for three meals per day and I plan to get some more fruit as well.

The only hard part about dieting will be the exercise. It’s unfortunate that I don’t have any exercise equipment to use. All I have to work with are exercise videos, so that will have to be enough for now. I’m hoping that I’ll be able to join a gym soon. I’d love to get my hands on those treadmills and ellipticals. I can burn a lot of calories on those. I don’t want to use not having exercise equipment as an excuse not to diet, so I’m going to do the best that I can with what I have for now!
