Buying With Coupons…

Now that my mom has realized she needs a new computer I’m really looking forward to helping her purchase a nice one. I really wanted her to get a new laptop a while ago and she was against it at first, but now she sees that she doesn’t really have room for that huge desktop, especially with that massive monitor! I can see if she had a desktop with a flat screen, but she has one of those old school ones. Eh. The only thing stopping us from getting the laptop now is money. She wants to save up a bit since it’s not really a necessity. I guess I can understand that.

When we do buy her computer I’m definitely looking online for coupon codes. I’ve saved so much money over the years by using coupons codes. I’m sure I can find some buy.com coupons that will come in handy. I love buy.com because they have reasonable prices. I also love the selection of products they offer. If I can find coupons for that site and shop online with eBillme that would be even better. I’m all for shopping online now and getting billed later! It just seems safer.

No Sleep & No Entertainment…

It’s Friday night and I’m up late by myself. I had a really long day, so I was actually looking forward to this time that I have by myself. If only I wasn’t so tired! I can’t believe I’m still exhausted even though I took a nap this afternoon. I think it has something to do with the heat. It’s been really hot lately and that makes it difficult to sleep as long as I want to. I’ve also been suffering from stomach pains which keep me up late. Hopefully I’ll get a good night’s rest tonight!

Before I go to sleep I have a few things that I want to do online. I’m working on a new WordPress theme and it’s actually coming out pretty good. I want to get it up soon before I start hating it. I’m fickle like that. I’m not sure what I’ll do after that. Unlike some lucky people, I don’t have a Wii and wii accessories to keep me entertained. I have to rely on the Internet for entertainment!

Arms! Not Wings and Flaps!

I was looking at my arms in the mirror last night and boy are they gross. I’m way too young to have such ugly arms. It’s not so much my arms as it’s the “bingo flaps” or “bat wings” under them. If I’m waving my hands, there’s no reason my arms should be waving too! Lol. Of course it’s not really that bad, but it’s not far from it either. That’s why I plan to get back into lifting weights. I wasn’t lifting much, but I would do aerobics with 5 to 10 pound weights every day.

I could really feel the burn in my arms when I was done. Actually that was pretty painful. I read online that you shouldn’t lift weights every day, so I’m thinking that pull up bars may be a great option on some days. I know those strengthen and tone your arms and build muscle. That’s what I want. I don’t want arms like Madonna, but I also don’t want arms like Oprah! ;)

Quest For Proper Nutrition…

I’ve been slacking on my diet and nutrition program lately, but I’m really looking forward to increasing my focus on proper nutrition. In fact, I recently purchased a wide variety of vitamins and supplements to get me started. I’m not really sure whether or not vitamins make a huge difference, but I’m willing to give them a try. It can’t hurt. One vitamin I’m sure makes a difference is iron. My mother is anemic and was prescribed pure iron by her doctor. You can really tell the difference in her strength and energy level whenever she doesn’t take her iron.

Speaking of vitamins and supplements…I was checking out this website online about something called irvingia gabonensis. I’m not ashamed to admit that today was the first time I’ve ever heard of it. But apparently it’s an ingredient used in a lot of supplements. I’m kind of intrigued by it. I wonder what it can do for weight loss!
