Today was the second morning in a row that I woke up feeling nauseous and groggy. I’m sure it has something to do with the way that I’ve been eating lately. Both Thursday night and last night I had different types of pasta for dinner and ice cream for dessert. It could have been the cheese and heaviness of the pasta that made me sick, but I’m sure it had more to do with the huge ice cream bowl I had both days.

I don’t know why junk food has to taste so good late at night, but it has to give you a fit the next day. I guess I can’t be hurting that bad because even though my stomach is upset right now I’m still thinking about what flavor of ice cream I will be having for dessert tonight. Lol. I need to go on a diet. Someone give me advice about diet pills. I need all the help I can get.

My little cousin has been coming over a few days every week and she is really making me want a baby. She just turned six months old and she is the sweetest baby in the world. I’m not kidding either. She is an absolute joy to have around. Even her cries are cute. You know you love a baby when you don’t mind when they cry. I don’t even mind changing her diapers a few times daily. She’s the best. Hopefully she will stay this sweet as she gets older.

If I keep hanging around her I’m going to have to get married soon. Just my luck, when I have a baby she won’t be as sweet as my little cousin is. Lol. But I will still love her to pieces anyway. Even though I want a baby I’m not going to start looking for the best prenatal vitamins just yet. I still have to get engaged and married first.

I find it funny that whenever I have an ailment I constantly obsess over it and can hardly think of anything else, but as soon as it’s cured or temporarily goes away it never crosses my mind. As I was looking at my work online a few minutes ago I saw the word eczema and I immediately thought back to last year when I had eczema really bad. I had the worst outbreak of eczema that I had ever seen. I used to scratch so much that I would have patches of skin missing off my body.

After reading so many things online I finally found a few remedies that were helpful to me. They must have really worked because I haven’t had another eczema outbreak since then. Hopefully it will stay away forever. If it ever does come back I’m sure I will use them same treatments or look for new eczema treatments to get rid of the eczema because those patches are very itchy.
