Lil Miss : Recommends

I came across this offer for a free sample from the Aveeno Nourish+ Hair Care Collection and I wanted to share it with you all. I sent off for this offer as well and it’s a good one if you like trying products before you buy them. I’m always interested in changing up my shampoos and conditioners, but I’m often worried if a product will be good for my hair. I hate buying a large bottle of expensive shampoo and conditioner and not seeing my desired results. It seems like such a waste. Many of the products I end of buying were first received as samples.

I was just talking to my mom and she mentioned that she could really use a laptop. I have always wanted to buy her a laptop, but in the past I never thought she was ready for one. My mom is the type of person who drops her gloves on the ground and leaves umbrellas in the store. I was nervous that she would leave the laptop somewhere or someone would steal it from her. Now that she is more responsible with her stuff I can’t afford to get her one!

I wish I would have known that I could get one dirt cheap on Black Friday. My cousin bought three for about $100 each. I missed out! If I had saved in advance I would have saved on a lot of things. A new laptop, iPhone, MP3 player and an LCD TV. I hope next year when Black Friday rolls around I will be more prepared!

My family has decided to have Christmas dinner at my house. I’m not that excited about Christmas dinner because we had a really large Thanksgiving dinner at my house this year. Fortunately, not too many people came to our Thanksgiving dinner, so I’m hoping Christmas dinner will be the same. So far only a handful of people are scheduled to be there, so I hope that sticks.

I don’t mind my family coming over for dinner, but it’s too many of them. If there weren’t so many children it would be cool, but I can’t deal with unruly children. Besides, when my family comes over we never have enough room. We would need several bar stools and tables to accommodate all of the people in this huge family!

This year has been really crazy. It wasn’t exactly good, but it wasn’t really bad either. I guess I feel indifferent. I hope next year will be a lot better. There are so many things I’m hoping for next year. The most important things are a new home and a new job. I would take either of them, but if I can have both that would be awesome!

I don’t really mind having another year like this one because it wasn’t horrible. There were no great tragedies in my family and everyone was healthy and happy for the most part. I regret not being able to go on a vacation this year. That is one thing I did want to do. Hopefully next year I will get to go one of those bermuda cruises. That would be awesome. I have always wanted to go on a cruise. Maybe next year I’ll get my home, job and cruise!
