Lil Miss : Recommends

I really could use a new iPod. I listen to music all day, every day and I don’t even have an iPod right now. I don’t mind using a regular MP3 player either, but I definitely need something. I’m not really sure what kind of iPod I want to buy but it has to have a lot of space on it. That’s my only qualification. I don’t care if its a classic iPod or some other kind. I just need an iPod to listen to my music on!

My friend offered to sell me his iPod Touch for 140$, but I’m not sure if I want to buy it. It has 8 GB, so that’s a great deal, but I don’t trust him. LOL It probably has something wrong with it. I would rather just buy a new classic iPod, ipod shuffle or an iPod Touch from online. At least that way I know it’s good.

I miss the old days when I first started blogging. I used to love being on the Internet and updating my blogs. I met so many cool people and used to enjoy reading their blogs as well. Now things are kind of lame. Nothing is the same anymore. I think Facebook and Twitter has a lot to do with that. Everyone is into microblogging now. No one wants to spend the time writing a decent blog when you can say everything you want in 140 characters or less. I would even settle for a decent Tumblr blog right about now.

I guess I will always be the type of person who would rather read a personal blog than a status update. I’m also the same kind of person who would probably install seo quake on Firefox so I can read the stats of my blogs. Who knows, maybe another new trend will start soon and change things again.

During the winter I complained a lot about having so many pimple outbreaks, but I’m so happy that I haven’t had to deal with that at all this spring. At least not yet. Hopefully I’ll get through the spring and summer without having any outbreaks. I’m not a vain person and I really don’t care all that much about pimples and stuff, but I was really getting tired of breaking out every month. Hopefully my breakouts are a winter thing and the worst is behind me.

If you’ve never experienced breakouts you probably don’t see what the big deal is, but you would understand if you had to walk around with huge pimples and stuff on your face. I’m just happy acne hasn’t been an issue for me. I would probably spend my days searching the Internet for information on how to get rid of whiteheads and blackheads!

I came across this cool freebie that I wanted to tell you guys about. If you or someone in your family is affiliated with the military and loves the LA Dodgers (or a team they may happen to be playing), you’ll love this. Throughout the whole month of May, all members of the joint services with a valid military ID, including active, reserve and retired veterans as well as their dependents, can show their military ID at any Dodger Stadium ticket booth day of game to receive two complimentary tickets courtesy of the Dodgers. How cool is that?!

You can only get the tickets on the day of the game though. You also have to make sure you get them at the ticket booth 90 minutes before game time until 60 minutes after the first pitch, with proper military ID. There is a limit of eight tickets per military ID, so make sure you choose your games wisely! I think it’s so awesome of the LA Dodgers to do this and I hope you guys enjoy it!
