Lil Miss : Recommends

As a person who loves fashion, I’m constantly amazed at which “trends” hang around for a while and which ones fall by the wayside. I’m also surprised at which clothing brands stay and which ones go. I remember hearing about some clothing lines that were so popular 10 years ago and now people would never want to wear those things. But interestingly enough, there are so many that stand the test of time. I just thought about that when I saw clothing by Coogi online.

I remember hearing so much about that clothing line years ago when rapper Biggie was alive. He definitely made everyone love that brand. Oh, and you can’t forget about Bill Cosby on The Cosby Show. He wore Coogi sweaters long before Biggie! And now years later the brand is still so popular and they still have great clothes. It’s crazy. I guess Coogi is just one of those brands that have stood the test of time.

I’m starting to think that I’m a slacker. I’ve been mentally cleaning my bedroom for about a month now, but I haven’t done anything physically to get things in order. I just feel so overwhelmed at times. It’s not like my room is dirty or messy or anything. It’s just cluttered. I haven’t gotten to that “Hoarders” stage yet, but I definitely have more stuff than I have space for.

That’s my problem, space! If I had more space I wouldn’t have to lose things all of the time. I could lose one of Uncle Mikes holsters right on my desk if I wasn’t careful. That’s how bad things have gotten! I’m going to try really hard to get things cleaned tonight or tomorrow though.

I can’t believe the month of June is half way over. It really feels as if the month just started. I don’t know where time has been going lately, but it definitely seems to be moving faster. I don’t know if it’s because I’m getting older and I have more responsibility, but it seems as if the days are so much shorter. I never feel like there is enough of hours in the day to accomplish what I want. Maybe I need to learn to manage my time better.

Either way, I have a lot of things to do this summer. Unfortunately none of them involve traveling. I would love to hit the open road in an RV, Road Rules style! Even with the cost of gas and motorhome repair that would be awesome. Anything to get out of my town for a while!

I don’t know about you guys, but I love to take photos with my digital camera. If they come out really nice, I’ll decide to have them printed. Since I don’t have the best printer in the world and I’m not very good with the printer settings I just order prints from W Photo by Walgreens.
