Lil Miss : Recommends

I’ve been cleaning my room for a while and have decided to get rid of a lot of things that I don’t use or need. Besides clothing and other things that I have had for a while, I also decided to get rid of a lot of CDs. I find CDs to be unnecessary clutter. Once I buy a CD and burn it to my computer, I rarely ever look at it again. They’re a waste of space and money. That’s why I’ve decided to sell a few of them to the CD trader.

The only bad thing about selling to the CD trader is that I have to enter each of the CDs into the database by hand to see how much they will pay for it. It would be so much easier if I could use a Honeywell Barcode Scanner for that purpose. Someone needs to come up with a scanning system for selling stuff online! That would be helpful for CDs, DVDs and books.

Now that I’m in my late twenties, I’ve been thinking a lot about marriage. Actually it’s more like fantasizing since I’m single and don’t have any prospects. Although I would love to get married any day now and exchange ArtCarved wedding bands, I don’t want to marry the wrong person simply because society says a woman should be married by the time she turns thirty. I’ve never made a habit of conforming to what society says in the past and I won’t start now!!

But seriously, I am looking forward to marriage and kids. I’ll wait patiently until it’s my time to have those things though. In the meantime, I have great people in my life who bring me joy. You can’t beat that! I also just came across this pretty spiffy diamond ring that I bought for myself years ago. That will hold me over until I get an official one.

When I was younger I used to be so afraid of big trucks. My aunt’s father was a truck driver since before I was born and he always drove a huge truck. I used to like to get in the truck and check out the bed and other cool stuff that he had in there, but I never really liked riding in it. I rode in it a few times and I was always afraid that it would crash or tip over. I guess I was a worrywart even as a child.

Honestly, even though I’m in my late twenties I still don’t like riding in huge trucks! I don’t mind getting in a truck and checking out the waterproof trucker radio, bed, GPS, two-way radios and things like that, but I definitely don’t want to go for a ride in a big truck no time soon. Some things never change!
