Lil Miss : Recommends

I’m so desperate to buy a new MP3 player. I’ve been stalking this website that sells them for a reduced price for a few weeks now hoping that they will put one up on the website but I haven’t had any luck yet. Hopefully they will put one up before the summer is over. I really need one! I’ve been missing out on listening to my music when I’m outside of my room. My mother also needs a new one, so I’ll probably buy one for her and take hers. She’s outgrown hers and needs a larger one. Although I have 10 times more music than her, she likes to put all of her music on her MP3 player whereas I like to switch things up.

When I do buy a new MP3 player, I’m definitely buying some cute in-ear earbud headphones. I know I can find in ear headphones at The Source because I was just checking the website out. They have these really cute hot pink ones that I’m in love with. I have to keep those in mind.

It is really amazing what you can find at the dollar store these days. They have so many things that I used to have to buy from discount and grocery stores. The only bad thing about the dollar store is that most of them don’t live up to their names. Things are no longer one dollar at the dollar store. Everything costs $1.09, $1.19 or $1.29. I’m not sure where they come up with those prices, but I don’t really complain because things are still cheaper there than other places.

Two weeks ago my mom actually bought a pretty nice phone case from the dollar store. It’s great quality and looks better than her more expensive one. Although the dollar stores sell a variety of phone cases I have never seen an iphone case there. That’s OK though because you can just buy them online for a good price!

I want a smart phone. I think I’m the only person in the world who doesn’t have one. Actually, I know that isn’t true because most members of my family don’t have one either. But I’m more tech savvy than them, so that’s unacceptable. The only reason I haven’t purchased a smart phone is because I don’t like to talk on the phone. I thought there was no point in buying a new phone if I rarely talk on it, but I do realize that with a smart phone there are so many other things I can do.

If I do decide to get a smart phone it will probably be an Android phone. I really like those a lot. I was checking out some of the features that the htc desire hd have and I really like that phone. I’ve never even considered getting an HTC, but it’s actually a great phone, so now it’s on my list of possibilities.

I was just talking to my mom and she mentioned that she could really use a laptop. I have always wanted to buy her a laptop, but in the past I never thought she was ready for one. My mom is the type of person who drops her gloves on the ground and leaves umbrellas in the store. I was nervous that she would leave the laptop somewhere or someone would steal it from her. Now that she is more responsible with her stuff I can’t afford to get her one!

I wish I would have known that I could get one dirt cheap on Black Friday. My cousin bought three for about $100 each. I missed out! If I had saved in advance I would have saved on a lot of things. A new laptop, iPhone, MP3 player and an LCD TV. I hope next year when Black Friday rolls around I will be more prepared!
