She’s Not Invincible

My grandmother is almost 70 years old and is the picture of health. In fact, I think she may be healthier than all of her grandchildren. I’m not sure what it is, but she is just blessed with great health. Earlier this month she started getting really bad headaches and also painful back and neck pain. It was so strange to see her sleeping a lot and not really being herself. She went to the hospital and they gave her some pain killers and told her to go see the doctor. (A lot of help, huh?)

Anyway,  she went to the doctor and they diagnosed her with a pinched nerve. After a few days of relaxation and taking the pills the doctor gave her she felt much better. I’m glad she only had a pinched nerve and not stenosis of the spine. She would have had to go through a lot more than what she went through. And trust me, for someone who never gets sick, that’s a lot of pain.

Give Me The Facts

I have never taken a weight loss supplement before, but I have been thinking a lot about it. The thing that always stops me from taking diet pills and weight loss supplements is fear. I’ve heard so many conflicting things about the safety and effectiveness of diet pills that it makes me a little fearful and nervous about taking them.

I do appreciate websites that give honest reviews on diet pills. It’s still hard to rely completely on reviews though because you never know why they are saying what they are saying. I like when reviews aren’t just based on opinion. Like the pink magic reviews I was just reading. They had information about the good and bad. I appreciate that.

Other Weight Loss Options…

Like so many other people in the world, I’ve had a huge struggle with my weight these past few years. I’ve always been on the curvy side, but after high school things just kind of went downhill. I think that happens to a lot of people. As soon as you stop being active the weight just seems to stick to you.

I really want to make the effort to lose weight, but honestly I’m no good at sticking with diets. I need a better solution. I wonder if you can really take hcg shots for weight loss. I saw that somewhere, but I never really looked into it. I think I will research that though. I need some other options besides dieting.

Too Much Salt

I’ve been drinking a lot of soda and eating a lot of chips and pretzels lately and boy am I paying for it. My legs and feet swelled so much the other day that I could hardly walk. Whenever I would bend my feet or fold my legs it felt as if my skin was going to tear. I can’t believe I retained that much fluid from the sodium.

I started taking water pills again to keep the fluid down, but what I really need to do is give up the salt. I’m going to try really hard to give up the salty foods. I need to give up everything unhealthy. I was looking at this review for adapexin-p online and it made me think about how much I need to go on a low calorie diet. If I do that I should have no problems with the fluid.
