Quit Smoking

I am so happy that I never picked up the habit of smoking. There was a time when I was about 14, that for some reason, I thought smoking was really cool. My friends and I would sneak and smoke in the yard a short distance from our houses. I even bought a few packs of cigarettes and would give them to older kids who really were smokers to fit in. Smh.

That only lasted a few months. I guess I never formed a habit because I wasn’t really sure how to inhale. Either way, I’m glad I decided to stop smoking before I really even started. I think it would be so much harder to stop had I formed a habit. I wish everyone I know would quit smoking too.

Gotta Have Acai?

My aunt is one of the many people in this world who are obsessed with the acai berry. She’s always going on about how great it is and how many health benefits it has. To her, the acai berry can do no wrong. She’ll buy almost anything that has acai in it. I’m telling you, she’s obsessed. I have been hearing and reading a lot about acai lately, but I’m not sure what to believe.

I had the opportunity to taste it in something that she let us try, but I’m not sure if I would go out of my way to buy it. I need to read more about it for myself to see if it is something I want to add to my regimen. With the number of acai reviews that I come across on the net it shouldn’t be too hard to find out some useful information about it.

It Should Be Easy

I just ate some of the best grapes and cherries ever. They were so big, juicy and sweet. I love fruits so much. I also love vegetables a lot. Seeing as though I love pretty much all types of fruits and vegetables, you would probably think dieting would be easy for me. But yet it is so hard. I think it’s because as much as I love fruits and vegetables, I also love soda pop, ice cream and pretzels. It’s hard dieting when you love those things.

Sometimes I wish that I could just eat whatever I want and still lose weight. Of course that would be too easy. And life and weight loss are both far from easy. When I see advertisements online for products like adapexin I’m tempted to try them to see if I can lose weight effortlessly. I hate working out every day! Well, not that I do, but you know what I mean!

Weight Loss Motivation

I am really looking forward to the start of the new year. I hope to be inspired enough next year to start a weight loss program and stick with it. I always start a diet and then quit after a few weeks when I don’t see any results. I hate working out so hard and eating right for nothing. If I have to go through all of that drama I at least want to lose a few pounds.

I think I will have a little more success this time with dieting because I have more inspiration. I have more incentives. Besides, I think I am ready. That is the most important part! I would love to find a weight loss supplement that can help me out but I am not sure where to start. I came across phentermine reviews online, but that was about it. I need to do more research.
