Love My Vitamins!!

When I look around my room it’s clear that I’m a vitamin junkie. I have so many bottles of vitamins in here. The ironic thing is that I don’t take any of them the way I’m supposed to. I love buying vitamins because I do believe that they help me, but I always forget to take them. If I take them for a whole week straight I’m doing good!

The longest I’ve probably ever gone taking them is 5 days. I always forget to take them on the weekend and I usually quit after a month. That’s why I have so many bottles in here. My mom used to take them every day, but even she has been slacking. I definitely have to be more mindful of the vitamins because I think they make a difference. Especially my multivitamin. I feel so much better when I take that.

Affordable Health Insurance?

I’m one of the millions of people in this country who doesn’t have health insurance. It’s a fact that I don’t harp on every day, but I would be lying if I said it isn’t a huge concern for me. Not having health insurance has kept me from going to the doctor many times. Even now I’m really sick but I won’t go to the doctor or hospital because I simply can’t afford it.

I think it’s sad that so many people have to choose between health insurance and other things when we live in a country like this. But I do know that there are companies who offer affordable health insurance. It’s a matter of finding what’s best for you. I really need to invest some time in finding the health insurance and dental insurance that’s best for me. I know it’s out there.

The P90X Craze

Every time I turned around this summer someone was talking about dieting and getting in shape. Nearly everyone — guys and girls — wanted to get into shape or lose weight to look good for the summer. I heard no less than 5 people mention that they wanted to try p90x or was currently doing it. However, now that fall is here I don’t here a word from these people! I wonder what happened. I guess now that the weather is cool no one cares about how they look!

I still hear a few guys mention that they’re doing p90x, but most of the girls have quit. I’m going to be the opposite though. I’m getting ready to start a workout program next month. I would love to try p90x just because I’ve heard so much about it. When something is that popular it’s usually for a reason and I want to experience it for myself!

Supplement Overload

I look around my room and I realize that I’m a supplement junkie. I have so many vitamins and supplements in my room and I rarely take any of them. I used to be excited about getting healthier and losing weight so I started buying a ton of vitamins. I’m not sure how many different ones I have, but I have a lot. I even have powder supplements. The only kind of supplement I don’t have is hgh supplements.

The funny thing is, all my vitamins are just sitting in the dresser. I haven’t taken any of them in over six months! I plan to start taking them again in November, so I hope none of them have expired. It would be a complete waste to lose so many expensive pills. Once I finish all these vitamins I have I think I’m sticking with just a multivitamin. I’m tired of paying so much for pills!
