Home Internet Provider

This guest post from Werner Rogers

I have had home internet service for as long as I can remember, like most people. While I certainly have issues with speed and it going down intermittently, I didn’t really give it a second thought. When I started my own business, I just assumed I would use the same provider for my internet that I use at home, and that my smart phone would suffice for business calls. Big mistake. It wasn’t long before my internet was crashing and my cell phone bills were through the roof. Luckily, my mentor stepped in and told me to do a little research on Long Island T1. I am so glad I did, and I changed providers shortly thereafter. I don’t ever have to worry anymore about dropped calls or my internet being down. I know I have a lot of things on my plate and don’t have the time or energy to devote to worrying about silly things like my phone or internet service. I’m kind of like a missionary for the company—I tell everyone I know to check them out.

It’s Just A Phone To Me

My ex-boyfriend is obsessed with technology. Especially phones. He has two smartphones right now, but he changes phones so often. Whenever a new phone comes out he has to be one of the first people to own it. He’s the only person I know who has owned most of the new phones that come out. He’s had several BlackBerry devices, iPhones, HTC models, and everything in between. Although he seems to favor Android phones the most, I’m willing to bet he’s even owned a Windows Phone-based smartphone like the HTC HD7. I’m telling you, this guy is serious about his technology.

I, on the other hand, couldn’t care less about what type of cell phone I use. If I can make and receive texts and calls, I’m good. I rarely use any of that fancy stuff anyway. I’ll leave that to him!

Belated Spring Cleaning

Now that it’s spring, I think it’s about time that I started doing some spring cleaning. I know generally the idea is to do spring cleaning before spring actually comes, but I definitely wasn’t prepared for how fast the weather changed. One day it was 45 degrees and the next day it was 70 degrees. Literally. It’s hard adapting to such drastic changes in the weather. Everything just gets so thrown off.

At any rate, I’m looking forward to doing some cleaning. I need to throw out a lot of stuff. The only bad thing about cleaning is that I don’t have enough of storage space for the things that I decide to keep. Oh what I would give for some metal storage cabinets right about now. I need a few of them actually. They would be so helpful.

Not The Average Guy

To be a guy, my best friend is pretty hard to shop for. Either he’s really high maintenance or it’s a myth that guys are easier to shop for than women. I think I would choose shopping for any woman in my life over shopping for him. He’s just never satisfied. It also doesn’t help that he has a really strange personality. You never know what he’ll like and what he’ll hate. He’s into a lot of weird things though.

One thing I know he would like is Foulmouthshirts funny tee shirts. I know that because he has a foul mouth and a sarcastic personality. Most of those shirts are things he would or has said at some point. The only problem I would have with buying him one of those shirts is that he’d probably complain about the fit. I’m telling you, the man is high maintenance!!
