Lil Miss Freebies – Lava Lamp Nightlight

Lava Lamp NightlightI love lava lamps. When I was growing up I remember always begging my mother for the lava lamps that I saw in different magazines. At the time they seemed “a little expensive for a lamp that looks so weird”, so she never bought me one. I’m grown now and I still want my lava lamp! My mother could never understand what I saw in a lamp that’s straight out of the sixties, but I just think they’re pretty cool. Since I still haven’t bought a real lava lamp, imagine how happy I was when I came across this offer for a free lava lamp nightlight!

This lava lamp nightlight is too cute. It captures the complete essence of a real nightlight, only smaller. I just sent off for it and so can you. There’s nothing to lose, it’s free. The offer said it’s for the first 10,000 people so I suggest try check it out as soon as possible. Visit the site below!

They Have It Better

Kids today have it so much better than I did. Especially teens in high school and junior high. They all have cell phones and all kinds of social networks to keep them busy. We had none of that. Almost everything they have today is better than what we had. Except for the music! 80′s/90′s music was definitely better! But they have better clothes and everything. Even the backpacks they make now are cooler than the ones we had in the 90′s and early 2000′s. Or maybe I shopped at the wrong stores?

Either way, when I was in junior high and high school I used to carry my books in my hands because I never wanted to wear the ugly backpacks they sold in our stores. And the cute ones were so expensive. These days you can get a backpack like the JanSport SuperBreak that’s stylish and affordable. Not fair! Honestly, I’d love to have any one of those backpacks right now. Especially the pink poodle!

Best Prices

Guest post from: Natalie Walter

I got my boss good clear wireless internet deals for our two offices. Now, he has made me in charge of going through the purchasing budget and seeing where we can save money. Not necessarily cutting things out of the budget, but finding better deals on utilities and things that we use in the office everyday like office supplies. I was actually really happy and excited that I got assigned this job because I love to save money. I pride myself of being a great deal finder and never over paying. I always clip coupons and check the papers to see when things that I know that I will need are on sale. I have gone through my parent’s utilities and expenses as well as my sister’s and taught them a thing or two. Having the internet as a resource for accessing coupons, flyers, and comparing prices is really the key to making sure that you are getting the best deals on things. I can’t imagine how tough it would have been before you had access to everything in one spot. I can’t imagine staying on the phone and trying to take care of this kind of stuff. It would take all day!
