I have a huge piece of hair in my eye right now and it’s annoying me to no end! I really hate when I get a piece of hair in my eyes and it wont come out. A lot of people insist on rinsing their eyes out with warm water but that does not work for me. I always try flushing my eyes but it doesn’t make a difference at all. I usually just rub my eye until the hair comes down and then I stick my finger in there and pull it out. I know that sounds worse but it actually works better for me. My only problem is that I can’t find a mirror or good lighting to see the hair. That’s one of the things that I hate most about this house. There are only two mirrors and the lighting is so weird. It almost makes me want to find some mortgage lenders and try looking for a new house! It’s that annoying!!

My body has been so sore all week. I’m not sure if it’s stress or what but I really need to relax. I’ve actually been considering going to some kind of day spa to get a massage and some pampering. I’ve never done that before and it seems like it would be so much fun. Since I can’t really afford to treat myself to a day of beauty and pampering at a day spa right now I think I might pamper myself at home. I can run a nice bubble bath, soak my feet in the soothing foot spa, do my own manicure and pedicure and so much more. I can even turn it up a notch by lighting candles and playing soft music. Who wouldn’t love that? I think this upcoming weekend I’m making plans to pamper myself!

It’s not even 9am in the morning yet and today is already shaping up to be a wet and rainy day. I love it! I know most people hate these kinds of rainy days but I love them. There is something so peaceful and serene about a rainy day. I honestly wouldn’t mind living in a place where it rained every day. I know they say Seattle gets a lot of rain so I would definitely love to live there. I’ve heard a lot of people who live there say the one thing they would change about their city is the fact that it rains so much. Not me! In fact that’s exactly what makes me want to pack up my luggage and move their today!

I was cleaning my house the other day and I came across a crate full of books that I had from when I was a child. It was so cool to see all of the books that used to make me so happy when I was younger. I definitely look forward to passing all of those books down to my children some day. That’s the great thing about children’s books. You can keep them for years and share them with all of the little people in your life. When I have children I’d love to have a personalized book made for them. Can you imagine how happy your child would be to read a children’s book that has been personalized just for them? That would make a really great gift for any child.
