Lil Miss : Recommends

Have you ever seen The Police in concert? I have. Kind of. I haven’t had the opportunity to see them live in concert, but I have seen their concert on television before. I think that counts! I’m not sure how long ago it was, but I believe it was a few years ago at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, if memory serves me correctly. They performed two of my favorite songs, “Roxanne” and “Every Breath You Take”. That was a pretty great performance. I’m sure now that they’re back together for this tour it will be even more magical. I can just imagine how it would be to see that live and in person.

Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to see Sting perform all of The Police hits and it’s been an amazing experience. I’d love to see them perform the songs from the new police cd that’s out. There are so many great songs on those 2 albums. Because “Roxanne” and “Every Breath You Take” are my favorite songs on the new police cd I’d most like to hear them, but I’d also look forward to hearing some other great songs like “Can’t Stand Losing You”, “Message In a Bottle” and “Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic”. I wonder how many of the 28 songs they’ll perform during the 30th anniversary tour. I bet it’s going to be amazing. If you haven’t done so yet, you should pick up their 30th anniversary album. It’s like a Greatest Hits, but better.
