Let’s Bake A Pumpkin Bread
Date : October 17th, 2007If you’re someone who loves to bake, you should definitely have an Eclectrics® Mixer in your home. I’ve had one in my home for a few years now and I love it. At first I didn’t think it was something that would get a lot of use, but it honestly has. Especially during the holidays. Every year during Thanksgiving and Christmas, my family puts our stand mixer to great use. One thing that we always make is pumpkin bread! If you’ve ever had the opportunity to make pumpkin bread, you probably know how hard it is to make. It’s really impossible to make it without a heavy duty stand mixer.
When we first started making our pumpkin bread and pumpkin pies with the hand mixer, it would take hours to get everything prepared and put into the oven. That was very frustrating. After we purchased our Hamilton Beach® Mixer we were able to cut down on prep time considerably. Instead of preparing three pumpkin breads at a time we were able to do about seven. That makes a huge difference when you have other food to prepare. If you’re planning on doing any baking for Thanksgiving, now is the perfect time to get a Hamilton Beach® Stand Mixer. Trust me, it will definitely come in handy.
I can’t give you guys the pumpkin bread recipe since it’s a family secret, but I’ll give you the ingredients.
