Pep Me Up!!!

I feel so groggy today. I have a really bad migraine and I’m just generally out of it. At times like this I really wish that I was a coffee drinker. I always see people flying past me with coffee in hand, looking like they just got a sudden burst of energy. I need a burst of energy!! I need the kind that you can’t get from tea or hot chocolate. As much as I try to like coffee I just can’t. It really doesn’t matter what flavor, type or brand – I just don’t like it. Maybe I should try an energy drink? I know a few people who swear by them. I just don’t want to find myself needing something to give me energy.

I think listening to a little music would pep me up. I’m really thinking about getting some kind of MP3 player or something. I need something small that I can keep with me at all times. I’ve done a lot of reading up on different kinds of MP3 players and I’m pretty sure I know which brand I want to buy. All I have to do is find a website that offers cheap electronics and I’ll be good to go. Hopefully, I can find something nice for a good price!

Monday Morning Blues

Hello everyone. I hope you all had a lovely weekend. My weekend wasn’t too bad so I can’t complain! However, I am extremely tired this morning. I really could use about three or four more hours of sleep. I’m soooo tired! I believe I got about five or six hours of sleep last night so I’m not sure why I feel so out of it. I’m definitely suffering from the Monday morning blues. I would be happy if this were a three day weekend. I think I’m partially to blame for being so tired. My sleeping pattern has been really horrible these past few weeks.

In addition to not getting much sleep lately, I’ve also been eating a lot of heavy foods. I’m convinced that eating unhealthy food throws your body off. It makes you feel tired and weighed down. This past weekend I consumed massive amounts of chocolate candy. It’s a shame really. I spent all weekend eating junk food, now I’m online looking up the best diet pills on the market. It’s a sad cycle that I need to break. LOL

That TV’s In The Way!!

I used to think that having my television sitting on the stand in front of my window was a good idea but I’m not so sure anymore. It’s not a bad spot in terms of convenience, but it’s a horrible spot as far as location goes. I put the television set there when I first moved to this house because it was the best spot in my room to see the television from my bed. However, I don’t think it’s a smart decision to have the television so close to the window during the summer or winter.

When it’s hot outside I often have my windows open and the television blocks the air from coming in. When it’s  cold outside the windows are closed but the heat is on. The heat source happens to be located right under the window. That means the television is in the way of that as well. Let me not even mention what happens when it rains! If I’m not near my room when it starts to rain and the windows are open, forget about it! The television cart gets soaked! That’s why I need to invest in a tv mount. That way the TV can be in a convenient place but out of my way!

I Can’t Sleep!!

It’s after 2 am and I’m still awake. That probably has something to do with me sleeping most of the day away. I really didn’t feel too good today which lead to me sleeping a lot. My sleeping pattern was a little thrown off before, but it’s even worse now. I hate when that happens! Hopefully I’ll find a way to tire myself out soon so that I wont be up all night. I have to be up at 6:30 am in the morning and as my luck would have it I’ll start getting tired at around 5 am.

I’ve found that the best way to make myself tired is to lie in bed and watch television or read. Since there isn’t anything good on television to watch I guess I’ll just finish reading this website article about digital signage. The article isn’t too long, but with any luck my eyes will start crossing and I’ll be tired in no time!
