Happy June!!!
Today is the first day of June so you know what that means! I’m going to make another attempt at dieting this month. I haven’t had any luck these past few months but for some reason I do feel really positive about this month. I have a new focus and goal. I’m also going to keep a diet journal. Hopefully if I can log my thoughts and feelings I’ll be able to have more success. I also want to be able to see what I do right and what I do wrong. I want to give myself the best chance possible to stick with this diet this time around.
I’ve given a lot of thought to taking diets in the past and I’ve even checked out diet pill reviews to see which pills are best, but I think I might just try things on my own at first. I haven’t done enough research to decide which diet and diet pills is best for my body so I’m just going to start slow and eat healthier. Then maybe I’ll implement other things to help me lose weight. Wish me luck!!
