I Could Use a Nutritionist…

I’ve decided to start a weight loss challenge tomorrow. Yes, another one. Ugh. I’m horrible, I know. This time is going to be different because I’m actually going to do a challenge that lasts for 21 days. I’ve never done anything like this. I usually just challenge myself to do something in particular and then I don’t stick with it. But I think that I can actually be held accountable for this. I think doing a three week challenge will be easier than setting some huge unrealistic goal for myself. I may even do a 30 day challenge instead.

I really would love to make dietary supplements a part of this challenge. Besides eating right and exercising I think that supplements could help. I’m not sure though. I’ve heard a lot about quick trim, but I’m not sure if they or other pills and supplements would work for me. I need advice from a doctor or nutritionist! :(
