I’m on a diet again. Before you even think it, this time I’m planning to put my everything into this diet to make it work. I’m hoping that by changing my eating habits and my lifestyle I can become healthier. We’ll see how that goes. I have to tell you though, it’s so hard to resist certain foods. It seems like every time I go on a diet someone wants to cook my favorite dishes. I really could use some kind of help with losing weight. I’m not sure if I want to look into diet pills, supplements or some other kinds of weight loss products but I need to do something to help increase my chances of being successful on this diet this time around.

Today has been an amazingly long and stressful day. I think a glass of wine would really make this day much better. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a drinker. I usually don’t like the taste of alcohol but I don’t think there’s anything wrong with a glass or two of wine in moderation. I know a few people who really enjoy wine and they actually have really nice wine racks in their home for displaying their favorite bubbly. Since I have wine maybe once a year I’m not sure if I’d actually need to buy a wine rack but it would be nice to have one in my home for days like today.

I was staring at myself in the bathroom mirror tonight and I’ve definitely put on a few pounds. And by few I mean like 10. That’s so bad. Lately I’ve been practicing such poor eating habits that I’m kind of surprised that I haven’t gained more weight than that. I feel like I’m losing control but I’m not sure how to get things back on the right track. I’ve thought of going on a diet but I’m not sure which one I should try. I’ve also thought of even taking diet pills. I’m not sure how that would go because I’m on medication and taking diet pills might cause a problem. I’m not sure what I’m going to do but I need a new solution as soon as possible.
