Today was a really great day weather wise. It was a little on the humid side but not so much that I couldn’t deal with it. It’s been storming a lot lately but I guess anything is better than the extreme heat that we were experiencing a few days ago. Even though the next few days are supposed to be nice I’m still looking forward to the summer ending as soon as possible. I wonder if it’s this hot in all of my other favorite states. If not I need to consider moving to one of them because it is just too hot here. Maybe I should check up on the Wilmington NC real estate market and see what they have to offer in terms of vacation homes. That would be awesome!

Have you ever tried Fiber One? I recently tried some of their products and I love them. They have some pretty great tasting products for them to be so healthy. I’ve been on the Internet for a while now and from my many years of being online and having a web site I’ve learned that there are a million and one uses for clipart. Especially free clipart. There’s a site called All Free Original Clipart that offers you over 30,000 free clipart images. This site is updated frequently, so you’ll find lots of new goodies. On the site you’ll find everything that you can imagine. There are tons of free animated GIF images, backgrounds, banners, bars, lines, bullets, design sets, holiday clipart, icons and more. So I guess it’s like a “clipart and more” site. I was watching one of those green shows today on that new green network and they were discussing computers. The segment was basically about which types of computers are more energy efficient. The host went around on the street asking people if laptops or desktops were more energy efficient and I was so surprised at how many people actually said desktops. Maybe I’m wrong but it seems like common sense would tell you that a laptop uses less energy and resources. The fact that laptops are smaller and more compact is what made me guess the right answer. After watching that show I really want to get a laptop. I have a huge flat screen desktop and I know it’s just sucking up a ton of resources and energy!

For the past two years now I’ve been thinking about opening a savings and checking account but I haven’t gotten around to doing it yet. I keep my money in a pretty safe place but I think opening an account with a bank would be a smart decision because I can earn interest on my funds while getting some cool benefits that I don’t have now. It would be nice to have a checking account so that I can write checks to pay bills and different things. A checking account would also be cool for paying bills online. I haven’t quite decided which bank I’m going to go with but I’ll definitely try to open a savings and checking account really soon. It’s about time!
