Lil Miss : Recommends

I’ve been doing so much shopping online this week. I’m beyond broke by now! I wanted to get some things for my family members and of course I looked for a few things for myself. I’ve been looking for some clothing that’s heat wave appropriate. I have a ton of summer clothes in my closet (shorts, Capri pants, tank tops, summer dresses, etc), but none of them are worth anything when it’s above 80 degrees. They all feel too thick or heavy. That’s why I’ve been looking for clothing with lighter fabrics.

This may sound strange but one thing I love to look for when I’m shopping is big and tall clothing for men. I think their tanks tops and boxer shorts are perfect for lounging or sleeping in. I prefer them over other men clothing. And sometimes I even prefer them over the women’s clothing that I purchase. Nothing can beat big and tall clothing in the comfort category, that’s for sure!

Now that my mom has realized she needs a new computer I’m really looking forward to helping her purchase a nice one. I really wanted her to get a new laptop a while ago and she was against it at first, but now she sees that she doesn’t really have room for that huge desktop, especially with that massive monitor! I can see if she had a desktop with a flat screen, but she has one of those old school ones. Eh. The only thing stopping us from getting the laptop now is money. She wants to save up a bit since it’s not really a necessity. I guess I can understand that.

When we do buy her computer I’m definitely looking online for coupon codes. I’ve saved so much money over the years by using coupons codes. I’m sure I can find some buy.com coupons that will come in handy. I love buy.com because they have reasonable prices. I also love the selection of products they offer. If I can find coupons for that site and shop online with eBillme that would be even better. I’m all for shopping online now and getting billed later! It just seems safer.

I came across a really great freebie that I wanted to tell you guys about. This offer is for a free thong by American Apparel. I just took advantage of this freebie myself, so I’m sure you guys will love it. Basically all you have to do is visit the link below and enter your email address, date of birth, zip code and gender to sign up for their mailing list.

Once you do that you’ll receive an email from them asking you to choose your thong. If you can’t view the images, click on the link that says “click here if you can’t view the images” haha!! That will take you back to the American Apparel website where you’ll be asked to choose the size thong you want and enter your mailing address. They have sizes XS-XL, if I remember correctly. I just finished watching a few episodes of one of my favorite old television shows on my computer. I love being able to watch all types of shows and movies on my computer. My computer monitor is about the same size as my television set but I definitely prefer watching things on the computer. I haven’t turned my television on in over 8 months. Last year I was really interested in purchasing a new flat screen TV, but then I realized that I could just watch everything online instead. I haven’t watched my TV since.

The only downside to watching things on the computer is that I can’t fall asleep with the TV on. And I also have to keep the mouse close at all times in case the screen goes idle. But other than that I wouldn’t trade the computer for anything. I’d still like to get a new LCD TV one day, but I’m definitely not as much in a hurry as I used to be.
